About the role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and serving as a member of the Executive Committee, the Commercial Director will lead one of the company's most critical functions.

This is not a turnaround role. It is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation while helping the organisation adapt to changing market dynamics, unlock new growth opportunities and design the commercial organisation required for the future.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with a deep understanding of relationship-driven sales environments and the ability to translate business strategy into commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the commercial strategy in alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Lead, develop and inspire a nationwide commercial organisation.
- Shape the future commercial model to support sustainable growth in an evolving and increasingly mature market.
- Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments and routes to market.
- Strengthen organisational capabilities, ensuring the commercial team is equipped for future challenges and opportunities.




- Build strong partnerships across the business and contribute actively to Executive Committee discussions and decision-making.
- Balance short-term performance with long-term value creation.

What We Are Looking For

The adecuado candidate will be an accomplished commercial executive who combines business acumen, intellectual curiosity and strong leadership capabilities.

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:

- Significant experience leading large-scale commercial organisations.
- Strong exposure to complex, relationship-based and multi-stakeholder sales environments.
- A proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers, partners and teams.
- Experience developing growth opportunities beyond traditional routes to market.
- Understanding of both relationship-driven commercial models and customer-centric or B2C-oriented growth approaches.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining close to customers, teams and market realities.
- High levels of judgement, resilience and adaptability.
- A collaborative leadership style and a genuine interest in understanding people, organisations and businesses.
- Fluent English.
