We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support to fund managers leveraging the use of technology. You will work closely with venture capital & private equity firms as well as technology teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis for both Venture Capital and Private Equity firms
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve processes and solutions
- Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account portfolio companies goals and financial standing
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports and dashboards
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
- Identify trends and recommend actions to fund managers based on sound analysis
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing presente results in comparison with forecasts
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data




- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope

Requirements

- 1-3 years of fund operations, business finance, venture capital or private equity experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Good use of AI tools
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Proven knowledge of high growth startup companies, corporate finance and information analysis
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
