Product Manager - Treasury Systems / FinTech

We're working with a integral FinTech company looking for a Product Manager to own part of their Treasury and Cash Management platform.
This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, treasury, and engineering - focused on building systems that provide real-time visibility across liquidity, FX settlements, reconciliations, and cash movements at global scale.
What you'll be doing
Owning the roadmap for treasury and liquidity management systems
Working closely with engineering teams on data flows and financial infrastructure
Improving real-time cash visibility, forecasting, and reconciliation workflowsManaging integrations with banking systems, market data, and treasury platforms
Translating complex treasury operations into scalable product solutions
Acting as the bridge between technical teams and treasury stakeholders
What they're looking for




Previous Product Management experience within FinTech, banking, or treasury systems
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, FX settlements, or reconciliations
Comfortable working with complex financial data and operational workflows
Strong technical literacy around APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems
Experience working with treasury platforms or financial vendors is a plus
High-impact role within a globally scaling FinTech
