Nextlane is hiring for an Iberia HR on-site partner based in Madrid. You will own Spain's day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle, and labor relations, acting as a credible partner to managers and staff.
You will manage onboarding, onboarding transitions, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and liaising with the payroll provider. Fluency in Spanish and professional English is required;
Portuguese is a plus.
