Do you excel at customer service and have a passion for green mobility? We’re looking for remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers of our newest Client in the EV industry. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in an innovative sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in the electric vehicle industry with inquiries and issues.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
- Work rotating shifts within the 24/7 operating hours.
Requirements:
- Proficient French, and strong English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
- Must be eligible to work as a self-employed individual.
- Must be located in any country of the European Union.
