We are looking for a talented professional to join an international technical support team as a Flavourist. In this role, you will support flavour creation and development projects across general markets, working closely with local technical teams in various regions.

Manage and deliver flavour development projects.
Conduct analytical work using chromatographic techniques and mass spectrometry to develop, characterise, and validate flavours for food applications.

Salary up to €65,000 plus housing allowance
38.5-hour working week:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:00–14:30 (15-minute break)

Requirements:
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in flavour development or chromatographic analysis
Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40 days per year)
Strong IT skills
Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative
