Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Junior Guest Relations Officer to own guest interactions and ensure premium, memorable service aboard our ship. You will liaise between guests and Hotel and Marine Departments, anticipating needs and delivering flawless personalized experiences.
The role requires 1–2 years as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel, excellent English, and preferably additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or German.
