Are you passionate about the world of beauty, makeup, and fine fragrance? Randstad España is looking for an enthusiastic Perfume and Cosmetics Promoter to deliver personalized customer experiences during key campaign dates in Marbella.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Advice: Provide personalized consultations, product guidance, and tailored recommendations to shoppers.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live makeup or fragrance demonstrations to boost sales engagement.
- Merchandise Management: Assist with stock control, continuous shelf replenishment,



and product display organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience working within the perfumery and cosmetics sector.
- Education/Training: Formal education or certifications in aesthetics, personal image, makeup, or related beauty fields.
- Languages: Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
- Attitude & Image: Proactive approach, excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, professional personal appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Dress Code: Must provide your own “total black” professional uniform.
- Availability: Full commitment to complete online training prior to start date and work the required shifts (5 PM – 10 PM on campaign dates).
