Job description
If you want to work in a young environment and learn a trade in a 4-star hotel, this offer is for you. We will teach you the service of a restaurant with a la carte, buffet and gastronomic menu.

Duties
Under the supervision of the waiter or experienced head waiter, we are looking for people with vocation to work as ASSISTANT WAITER:

- Responsible for the reception of goods and equipment for the dining room.
- Organisation and tidiness in fridges and storerooms.
- Use of beer puller and coffee machine.
- Setting up events and groups.
- Follow-up of the HACCP system.
- Cleaning of the room and utensils, waste management according to established protocols.
- Cleaning and organisation of material with dishwasher hood.

Personal and professional requirements that candidates must have to access to the job offer

- Spanish and Catalan read and written at an intermediate level. Other languages such as English or French will be valued.
