Responsibilities

- Lead project management execution for the Sales BMS & Reporting team
- Own and maintain Plan of Action (POA)
- Manage metrics and KPIs
- Establish and maintain governance with key stakeholders
- Define and manage project release scope, timelines, backlogs and intake of new requests in collaboration with product owners
- Facilitate internal communication and effective cross‑team collaboration
- Provide frequent project status reporting, identify risks, issues and dependencies; proactively propose mitigation strategies
- Seek guidance and drive decision‑making when required

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills




- Strong communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification, automation and standardization
- Experience with Agile methodologies, ideally with Scrum Master certification
- Prior experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role in finance/data/reporting or sales operations
- Business Intelligence background
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
