Your responsibility

- Drive the development, governance, and operation of our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related Digital Workplace services.
- Lead and support the implementation and continuous enhancement of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and other AI-powered workplace solutions.
- Design and implement governance, security and compliance concepts for Microsoft 365, Power Platform and AI technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and design innovative IT solutions together with business stakeholders.
- Develop automation and digitalization solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Lead or contribute to international IT projects from solution design through implementation and successful rollout.
- Support global key users and collaborate closely with external technology partners and software vendors.




- Identify emerging technologies and continuously improve our global collaboration and workplace environment.

Your profile

- At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive or Digital Workplace solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable AI and automation technologies.
- Solid understanding of governance, security, and compliance within modern cloud platforms.
- Experience designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise IT solutions in international environments.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Good English communication skills (minimum B2) and willingness to travel up to 10%.
