- As the Sr Manager, Corporate FP&A;, you will own recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business results
- You will also play a key role in supporting the Corporate FP&A; team with consolidating and forecasting the company’s operating model and analyzing data that informs key financial and growth metrics to drive business performance beyond the P&L;
- Own strategic financial reporting and projects through scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
- Drive constant improvement on financial models to accurately forecast and plan key financial and operational metrics
- Provide financial expertise to enable strategic investment decisions by Gong’s executive team
- Co-lead the month end review of financials, quarterly forecasting process and annual planning cycle
- Partner with broader FP&A; and GTM Strategy teams to continuously improve our ability to forecast / understand business trends and enable dynamic decision making on business investments
- Deliver timely consolidated financials and report on forecast performance
- Assist in preparation of management presentations, including monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and BOD reviews
