Position Purpo

- seAct as the Project Representative at the steel structure and block fabrication yard, leading and overseeing all fabrication activities to ensure compliance with the project’s safety, quality, schedule, and cost objective

Key Responsibilit

Supervise and coordinate all fabrication activities related to heavy steel structures, blocks, and offshore compone
- nts.Monitor daily production progress and verify compliance with agreed fabrication schedu
- les.Coordinate activities between the fabricator and the project engineering, planning, quality, and construction te
- ams.Identify schedule, productivity, quality, or resource deviations and propose and implement corrective acti
- ons.Oversee cutting, fit-up, welding, assembly, surface treatment, and transportation preparation proces
- ses.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, fabrication procedures, and contractual requireme
- nts.Coordinate and support inspection activities, non-destructive testing (NDT), and certification proces
- ses.Manage and follow up on non-conformities, rework activities, and corrective action pl
- ans.Prepare progress reports and periodic updates for project managem
- ent.Promote a strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture across all fabrication activit
- ies.Participate in coordination meetings with the fabricator and multidisciplinary project te




- ams.Supervise the preparation of structures for load-out, transportation, and final deliv

ery.
Required Pr

- ofile
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related disci
- pline.Additional qualifications in welding, offshore construction, or project management will be considered an adva
- ntage.Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy steel structure fabric
- ation.Demonstrated experience in offshore, oil & gas, offshore wind, shipbuilding, or large-scale industrial pro
- jects.Proven experience managing and supervising international fabricators and subcontra
- ctors.Practical knowledge of large-capacity fabrication yards and modular construction opera
- tions.Steel structure fabrication and ass
- embly.Advanced welding processes and dimensional co
- ntrol.Interpretation of engineering drawings and fabrication document
- ation.International codes and standards applicable to offshore steel struc
- tures.Quality management, inspections, and non-destructive testing (NDT).Production planning and co
- ntrol.HSE procedures within complex industrial environ

ments.
