Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to join our Digital Sales Team of Business Banking Spain.
The Digital Sales team in Business Banking Spain is responsible for accelerating digital growth across our Self-employed and Micro companies segment. We focus on attracting, activating and converting clients through simple, relevant and high-performing digital experiences, combining commercial ambition, data-driven decision making and continuous experimentation.
Your key responsibilities:
As a Digital Content Creator you will:
- Work in Easy Banking, our Digital Sales B2B team, driving growth for Self-employed and Micro companies in Spain. This is an exciting and strategic segment, with a strong focus on start-ups and entrepreneurs—the backbone of our economy and future growth.
- Create performance-driven, conversion-focused content across the full digital acquisition ecosystem, from traffic generation and campaign activation to onboarding flows and lower-funnel conversion optimization.
- Your success will be measured by your contribution to overall digital and mobile sales, with a specific focus on owned and paid traffic generation, mid- and lower-funnel conversion, experimentation, A/B testing, SEO/GEO, data analysis and continuous content optimization.
- Strengthen ING’s digital presence and directly contribute to business growth objectives by creating content that is clear, client-focused, measurable and optimized for performance. Work closely with Brand and Comms, CRO experts, Performance/ Paid Media, Digital Marketeers, UX, Legal and Product experts in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where experimentation, collaboration and continuous improvement are key.
- Implement and manage GenAI-powered content creation to scale, test and optimize content across social, organic and paid media, ensuring consistency and performance across paid, owned, social, website, comparison platforms.
- Translate complex business banking products into clear, client-focused and actionable messaging.
- Continuously optimize headlines, formats and CTAs to improve CTR, conversion and engagement.
- Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends,
benchmarks and opportunities to improve ING’s digital acquisition performance.
Digital Strategy & Campaign Consistency
- Bring out‑of‑the‑box ideas, challenge the status quo and propose new formats, strategy and approaches.
- Connect campaigns, projects and initiatives to ensure end‑to‑end journey consistency across channels.
- Actively contribute to campaign concepting, content strategy and journey design.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Use insights from Semrush, Google, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, dashboards and A/B testing to refine and improve content performance.
- Build and maintain a reporting mindset: share learnings, identify improvement opportunities and feed insights back into squads and stakeholders.
- Track content performance across the funnel and help steer optimizations where they matter most.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work as a true team player, collaborating seamlessly with CRO, media, marketing, UX, product and legal stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders proactively, including constructively challenging legal when needed to balance compliance and performance.
- Share best practices and trends and help raise the overall digital maturity of the team.
Qualifications
- Strong digital experience across multiple channels, understanding how channels complement each other.
- A creative, data‑driven optimizer who thrives on experimentation and continuous learning, with a clear client/user focus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in digital sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, content management and/or innovation, with a strong belief that digital is the way forward.
- Comfortable using analytical and optimization tools such as Semrush, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Google dashboards and keyword research tools; able to translate insights into stronger writing, content decisions and business outcomes.
- B2B expertise/background is preferred, but not a must.
- Enjoy collaborating with different people and working within an international context.
- Enjoy challenging the status quo and proposing creative solutions.
- Hold a Master’s degree or are qualified with relevant experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
