Cycle0 is an end-to-end biomethane producer that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by deploying proven, cost-effective, and immediate solutions to replace fossil fuels. The company is uniquely positioned to develop, build, own, and operate biomethane plants using its own funding and proprietary technology. The produced biomethane is injected into the grid or compressed or liquified for transportation, providing a drop-in replacement for fossil gas and contributing to the energy transition and the circular economy.

Задачи

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, and referral programmes
- Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate effective hiring discussions with stakeholders
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency
- Drive international hiring activities and employee mobility processes across European operations
- Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation,



working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process
- Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business
- Lead integral mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience
- Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within the industry
- Create and coordinate employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers platforms, and professional communities
- Continuously enhance the candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey
- Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Use recruitment data to identify trends and recommends improvements.

Требования

- 3-5 Years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or other technical environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and growing organisation
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives
- Nice to have: Italian language
