Responsibilities

- CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): Execute daily operational tasks to maintain, update, and audit CMDB data, ensuring high accuracy of configuration items and their relationships.
- Data Quality Improvement: Collaborate with IT teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve conflicts, and continuously enhance CMDB quality.
- PSL Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Service Lines, providing hands‑on support and guidance in ServiceNow.
- Scenario Building & Consumption: Assist PSLs in designing practical scenarios and workflows to efficiently consume CMDB content for incident, problem, change, and lifecycle management.
- Process Adherence: Ensure all activities align with internal governance, ITIL best practices, and organizational ITSM standards.

Required Skills

- Active ITIL Certification (ITIL Foundation V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation minimum).
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management processes and their interaction with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) focused on products and services objects.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Asset Management modules.
- Strong analytical skills: attention to detail, trend analysis,



and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data concepts to various IT teams and PSLs.

Optional Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery or Service Mapping.
- Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments working with Product Service Lines.
