As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will support the company's commercial and corporate legal activities, working closely with business, technical, finance, and management teams. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, providing practical legal advice, managing external counsel, and supporting day-to-day legal operations in a fast-growing technology environment.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and MoUs.
- Provide legal support and pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders on commercial and operational matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks while balancing business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external counsel, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Support contract management processes and maintain legal documentation and records.

Adecuado Candidate Requirements

Education

Degree in Law.

Experience

2–3 years' experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.

Technical Skills

- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong legal research, analytical,



and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Strong business and commercial awareness.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills
