Job Responsibilities

- Assists in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Documents key discussion points from client meetings and calls, sharing follow‑up notes with internal teams and the client.
- Assists in key client performance indicator reporting, such as placement success rates, time‑to‑fill, and quality of hire, ensuring efficient staffing solutions for operational roles.
- Ensures accurate entry of operational client contract details into internal systems, assisting Sales Support with record‑keeping.
- Maintains and ensures accurate and up‑to‑date records of Operational Talent Solutions sales opportunities in the CRM system.
