breakfast, Wi-Fi, upgrades) to increase booking valueIdentifying customer needs quickly and recommending suitable options to enhance their stayMeeting and exceeding individual sales targets, conversion rates,



and call handling KPIsMaintaining strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate availability, pricing, and offersDelivering a high standard of customer service while balancing efficiency and sales performanceWhat We're Looking ForFluency in English (Spanish is a Plus)Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience in a call centre, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)Ability to handle challenging calls and difficult situations professionallyStrong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to understand customer needsSales experience is an advantage but not requiredHigh level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targetsClear, concise, and polite communication styleWhat We OfferStart Date: August 3rd, 2026.Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).Full-Time: 39 hours per week.Working Hours: Rotative Schedule Monday to Sunday
