We are looking for an Incident Management professional to join a strategic technology programme supporting pre-production and non-production environments. The successful candidate will help coordinate incident resolution activities, support operational governance processes, and contribute to service stability across multiple technology teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate incident management activities and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Monitor operational health and support daily service readiness reviews. Assist with incident investigation, tracking actions, and ensuring timely resolution. Contribute to problem management activities, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Support operational reporting and governance processes. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, testing, and support teams.



Participate in stakeholder communications during operational events. Help maintain service quality and environment stability. Required Skills Experience in Incident Management, Service Management, IT Operations, Production Support, or similar roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a structured and organized manner. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
