With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries.About the RoleAs a Production Team leader, your purpose will be to ensure line efficiencies, personal utilisation, quality and safety at our site in Sagunto. You will report to the Production Manager Sagunto and cooperate with the rest of Production Team Leaders as well as with the management team.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the team under your supervision, identifying potential and fostering growth among team members, including Process Improvers, Supervisors, line coordinators, and others.Ensure daily, weekly and monthly production targets are met whilst quality and EHS standard are respected.Ensure the system contains accurate information for precise reporting of plant status.Coordinate production tests, production changes, and line improvements.Provide solutions to high-level issues within the facilities.Collaborate with your team (SLs, PIs, Supervisors) to resolve problems within your area of responsibility.Work with MICs, SLs, PIs,



and other plant personnel on special projects related to your area of responsibility.Perform any other duties and tasks in line with the responsibilities of the position.QualificationsA degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in management or automotive engineering are a plus.Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.Training in continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and other process optimization techniques.Used to work in a multicultural, future-oriented environment.Fluent in English (oral and written) and Spanish.Business acumen, basic financial knowledge.Nice to have SAP knowledge.Preventive resource (risk prevention official basic degree).Knowledge on ISO 14001, IATF.BenefitsCompetitive salary + variable compensation.Versátil working hours.Life insurance provided by company.Optional medical insurance managed by company.Meal benefits (canteen).Opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
