Social Media Specialist – Barcelona, Spain / Global Role
About the Role
Cosmo is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist with a strong passion for content creation, digital engagement, and brand communication. The specialist will manage and grow COSMO’s social media presence across general channels, creating engaging content, supporting brand storytelling, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening COSMO’s visibility among customers, partners, and industry professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Social Media Management : Manage daily activity across COSMO's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels); develop and maintain the content calendar, schedule, publish, and monitor posts; ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging; support promotion of global and regional business, marketing, and communications initiatives; manage ongoing website updates and content maintenance.
- Content Creation : Produce engaging posts, stories, short videos, graphics,



and other multimedia assets; collaborate with internal teams to highlight company activities, team achievements, ingredient and technology innovations, marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events; write compelling copy tailored to platforms; support video production, photography coordination, and content editing as needed.
- Community Engagement : Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly; foster audience engagement and build relationships with followers and industry stakeholders; identify opportunities to grow community and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance); prepare monthly reports and provide recommendations for content optimization; monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media opportunities.
