Together, we make Every Moment Matter.Job DescriptionRewards Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of reward programmes and processes across the organisation, with a strong focus on system-driven compensation management.The position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compensation cycles and reward initiatives, leveragingWorkday (Advanced Compensation)to drive accuracy, efficiency and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation cyclesSupport the execution of the annual merit review and bonus cycles, including system setup, coordination and query resolutionAct as a key point of contact for HRBPs and managers during compensation cycles, providing guidance on tools and processesWorkday Advanced CompensationActively contribute to the configuration and maintenance ofWorkday Advanced Compensation, ensuring processes are correctly built, tested and deployed.Maintain and monitor compensation processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity and a high-quality user experienceRewards ProjectsSupport the design, implementation and management of incentive schemes across different employee populations (e.G. corporate, hotel-based, and function-specific roles),
ensuring alignment with business needs and prioritiesPrepare compensation analysis and reporting to support decision‑makingSupport benchmarking activities using market data and survey toolsContribute to reward‑related projects including job architecture, pay transparency initiatives and process improvementsHelp improve and automate reward processes, with a focus on system optimizationCommunications & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with People & Culture, Finance and Business Leaders, acting as a subject‑matter expert on all reward‑related mattersDevelop and maintain clear reward communications and materials for managers and employeesQualificationsQualifications or Responsibility4–5 years of experience in Rewards or HR analytics, ideally within an international organizationEnglish skills, Spanish is a plusHands‑on experience with Workday, specifically Advanced Compensation (configuration, participation in cycles, testing and troubleshooting)Strong analytical skills and high attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills (e.G. large datasets, data modelling and visualization) and good knowledge in data analysis and reportingExperience working with market data and benchmarking toolsAbility to work in an international, fast‑paced environmentClear and structured communication skillsWell organised, proactive and able to manage multiple prioritiesHigh level of integrity and confidentialityNice to have:Experience with data visualisation tools (e.G.
