How you make the difference As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data.
Responsibilities
Journal Entries: Process and record daily journal entries to ensure the general ledger is accurate and up to date.
Accounts Management: Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing and recording.
Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Month‑End / Year‑End Support: Assist in the closing processes by preparing working papers and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Audit Support:
Provide necessary documentation and detailed analysis for internal and external auditors during financial reviews.
Payment Processing: Execute and verify electronic payments and other disbursements, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
Technical Skills: In addition to Excel mastery, proficiency in Word and Power Point is a strong plus.
Previous experience with Dynamics 365 is highly recommended.
Language: Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English, both spoken and written.
