Responsibilities
Manages the 3D Operations for Spare Parts at a worldwide level.
Manages supply chain processes, including inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
Manages spares portfolio from introduction to end of life (EOL).
Crafts a monthly shipment plan for all relevant factories, optimizing availability within inventory boundaries.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations for management.
Coordinates demand and supply matching activities, connects planning to execution, and identifies issues and their impact.
Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.
Partners with integral business units (Partner Factory/Regional teams) and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions.
Education & Experience
Recommended: Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field; or an advanced degree.
Certifications & Knowledge & Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
Continuous Improvement
Process knowledge: Data analysis,
inventory control & management, KPIs
Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language
Advanced Microsoft Office, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
Understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy
SAP Applications (S4), Supply Chain Planning & Warehousing
Cross-Org skills, effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, customer centricity
