The jobholder will be mainly in charge of maintaining and improving the level of the Windows Active Directory infrastructure services, providing support on Active Directory Domain Controllers and all their related services and operations: Sites & Services, Trusts, AD Replication, DNS, DC lifecycle, Security Patching, authentication troubleshooting, LDAP integration, etc in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple forests and multiple domains across EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.

His/her main tasks are but not limited to: · Analyse and Improve current Infrastructure. · Active Directory Infrastructure monitoring. o Monitor performance and ensure system and service availability and reliability.

o Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. · Infrastructure Deployment and Patch management. · Systems and services version update following life cycle. · Explore, test and implement new version functionalities.

· Troubleshooting and incident investigation and resolution. · Non-Microsoft system LDAP integration /troubleshooting. · Liaise with vendors and other IT members for problem resolution. · RBAC based delegation model analysis, design and implementation. · Automation.
