They are looking for someone who can bridge business and technology to turn Artificial Intelligence into measurable business impact. This is not a technical AI role. It's a strategic leadership position focused on identifying opportunities, driving execution, and embedding AI into core business processes.

The mission As AI Strategy & Business Lead for Finance, you will act as the strategic partner between the Finance organization and the General AI team. Your mission will be to identify high-value opportunities, shape AI use cases, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery and adoption across the Finance function. You'll play a key role in transforming how Finance operates through AI.

Key responsibilities

Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

Translate business challenges into scalable AI initiatives.

Prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility and ROI.

Lead AI initiatives from concept through implementation and business adoption.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Technology and Data.





Drive change management and user adoption to maximize business impact.

Define governance, operating models and best practices to scale AI capabilities.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Ideally, you bring:

Experience leading large-scale business transformation or digital transformation programmes.

Strong exposure to AI, Advanced Analytics, Intelligent Automation or Data-driven transformation.

The ability to bridge business and technology, translating strategy into execution.

Experience working with senior business stakeholders in complex, international organizations.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

A proven track record of delivering change—not just designing it.

Experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A;, Controlling, Process Excellence
