What we look for? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Utilities, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Billing, and Customer-to-Cash / Meter-to-Cash processes to join a large-scale transformation programme. In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, helping to define future-state processes, translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure successful implementation across billing, customer management, metering, payments, collections, and market operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders across Customer Service, Billing, Finance, Credit & Collections, Metering, Market Operations, Regulatory, Digital, and Technology teams.

helping delivery teams prioritise and prepare work items. Support solution design and configuration workshops while maintaining full requirement traceability.
