We’regrowing fast and expanding our carrier network across Europe. As our network grows, the Carrier Team plays a key role in ensuring carriers are onboarded, activated in our systems, and ready to support our commercial growth.

The role

As a Carrier Account Executive, you own a portfolio of carriers and play a key role in expanding capacity, improving margins, and supporting Sales in winning new business.

You actively build and improve the carrier network, ensuring we have the right capacity, performance, and competitiveness to support growth. You play a key role in improving automation, service KPIs, margins, and win-rate.

Drive onboarding & automation

Onboard and activate carriers inCtrlChainsystems

Ensure full system adoption and drive a system-first way of working

Increase automation by ensuring carriers use all relevant tools

Support Sales & improve win-rate





Work closely with Sales on RFPs and new business

Provide competitive carrier solutions and fast turnaround

Contribute directly to improving win-rate

Optimizeperformance & margins

Monitor carrier KPIs and proactively drive improvements

Improve service performance (reliability, responsiveness)

Optimizecarrierselectionto improve margins

Deliver insights & improve decisions

Ensure carrier data isaccurate, complete, and usable

Provide insights to support pricing, planning, and strategy

Identifystructural gaps and improvement opportunities in the network

Who You Are

You’recommercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working at the intersection of operations and Sales.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have 5–8 years of experience in transport, freightforwarding, orlogisticscoordination.

Have experience with carrier onboarding, communication, and daily operations.

Take a proactive approach to expanding carrier capacity on existing and new lanes.

Are comfortable working with KPIs and continuously improving performance (service, responsiveness, reliability).

Have a system-first mindset and ensure tools are used effectively.

Understand how your work impacts Sales win-rate, margins, and competitiveness.

Are structured, responsive, and take ownership.

Professional level of English and Spanish.

Third European language is preferred (ideally German, French, Polish).
