ByteTravel is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to join our Operations team in Spain. You will manage the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle, analyze disputes, and collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Marketing, and Legal to prevent issues and improve processes.
You will review transactions for root causes, monitor trends, and ensure compliance with card schemes and provider requirements while maintaining accurate records and KPIs. English proficiency is required.
