Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry — with real-world scientific relevance
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to chemistry problems for accuracy, rigor, and depth
Develop complex, nuanced problem statements that push AI reasoning to its limits
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model performance
Ensure scientific clarity, methodological soundness, and expert-level quality across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments at a pace that suits your schedule Who You Are Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in one or more subfields — organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
Precise and rigorous in scientific writing, with exceptional attention to detail
Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment Nice to Have Experience in data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Background in research, academic publishing, or technical writing
Familiarity with machine learning concepts or scientific AI tools
