Danish speaking customer service agent – Automotive Aftermarket Releasy is currently looking for engaged and service-minded Danish speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Fuengirola, Spain.

About the Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will become a part of our team, helping customers schedule vehicle workshop appointments. The role involves close contact with customers as well as collaboration with workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry, for example in customer reception, service advising, planning, or workshop booking coordination. This experience will help you understand both customer expectations and workshop requirements.

You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving are key. To succeed in this role, you need to interact with customers in a professional, attentive, and solution‑oriented manner while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that every customer receives a smooth and positive experience.

Kvalifikationer We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

Experience in customer service

Previous experience in the automotive industry,



particularly in customer reception and workshop booking coordination

Fluent Danish, both spoken and written

Good English communication skills, both spoken and written An additional Nordic language is considered an advantage

Experience working with telephone‑based customer support and computer systems

Strong technical understanding The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative and find solutions
