Digital Sales Associate – English Speaking We are seeking a motivated and proactive sales professional with outbound experience and fluency in English to drive new business for ADP’s digital solutions. The role combines prospecting, relationship building, and cross‑selling advanced HR technology to a range of organizations, from Fortune 100 clients to innovative small businesses.

Things You’ll Do

Drive business growth by consistently reaching and exceeding sales goals.

Use a cold‑calling strategy to build relationships with prospects, uncover their needs, and recommend appropriate ADP products and services.

Deepen relationships within existing accounts by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions.

Collaborate daily with internal teams and external customers to maintain strong relationships.

Experience You Need

Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive and persistent closing skills.

Goal‑oriented drive and proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.

Excellent organization and time‑management skills.

Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office.

Fluent in English.
