21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs), around 2,000 employees, 71 offices in 31 destinations and approximately 4 million guests per year.

Reliable systems and well-structured business processes are essential to keep this global travel ecosystem running smoothly.

As

DMC Business Analyst , you translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions and help optimise our mission-critical travel systems across the international DMC network.

Location This role can be based in any European, Mediterranean or North African destination where a DERTOUR DMC operates

(for example Palma de Mallorca, Antalya, Iraklion, Tunis or Hurghada), with alignment to European working hours.

Your Role Project-Focused Business Analysis

Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the general DMC network

Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications for system configuration, integration and implementation

Conduct

GAP analyses and assess feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments

Map and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technology teams





Support testing processes including

UAT, regression testing and functional validation

Ensure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partners

Operational Excellence & System Collaboration

Act as key liaison between

DMC business units and Application Support teams

Analyse system or process challenges within daily operations

Identify recurring issues and translate them into sustainable system or process improvements

Support the smooth adoption of system changes through structured clarification and communication

Contribute to the stability, scalability and continuous optimisation of mission-critical DMC applications

Your Profile

Proven experience as a

Business Analyst in system implementation or transformation projects

Strong background in requirements engineering, system implementation and collaboration with technology providers

Experience working with complex operational systems or service platforms

Understanding of travel industry operations , ideally within a

Destination Management Company (DMC), tour operator or travel platform

Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured and scalable technical solutions

Strong analytical mindset combined with confident stakeholder management

Structured, solution-oriented and ownership-driven working style

Fluent English

(written and spoken); German is advantageous

Willingness to travel internationally when required
