Responsibilities

Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process

Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality and retail

Research industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge

Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities

Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks

Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions

Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline

Qualifications / Grade Descriptor

Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline

Performs assignments using existing procedures

Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles / manager within the discipline
