Responsibilities
Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows, industry conferences, and sponsorships across European and integral markets.
Negotiate and manage sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events such as Lab of the Future, Future Labs Live, and BPI Europe.
Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and event participants.
Align event communications with the Account‑Based Experience (ABX) strategy and account target lists.
Manage booth logistics including graphic design briefs, digital display upgrades, and physical booth assets.
Act as primary liaison with external event organizers, venues, and third‑party suppliers.
Support account‑based marketing activities by providing event intelligence, attendee data, and engagement tracking.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event materials, digital assets, and external communications.
Track event performance metrics and deliver post‑event reports covering attendance, sponsorship ROI, and stakeholder engagement.
Guide and support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives attending industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional training or project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Strong technical skills: expert in MS Office; familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite); experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, ClickUp, Asana) and digital collaboration platforms.
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
