Make sure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier and are correctly invoiced to Clients

Provide clear answers to Clients/Suppliers when they have questions about invoices, purchase orders and payments.

Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

Manage cancellations and event postponements

Participate in the improvement of internal processes

Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members





Compensation & Benefits

Package : 30000€ to 40000€ depending on experience

Events that bring our team together

You are the adecuado candidate if: You have 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up. You are fluent in English and in French (50% of Finance Operations are still in French). You are comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team. You like numbers, you are very well organized and you pay attention to detail. You can demonstrate how you have used AI or automation to improve operations.
