What You'll Be Doing As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers via live chat, email and phone

Resolving account, payment and general customer enquiries

Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues

Providing clear and professional support in both Finnish and English

Working closely with internal departments when needed

Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation





Helping ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Requirements We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a customer-focused environment. You should have:

Fluency in Finnish and good English skills

Previous experience working in a technical support role (chat, email, phone)

Basic computer skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
