Position Overview Launch and operate the DACH market operations for REVER, onboarding and supporting e-commerce brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You'll tackle the challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where return rates range from 40–60% in fashion and footwear.

Responsibilities

Launch the country operations for the DACH market.

Onboard the first brands by managing a variety of external stakeholders, including logistics carriers, fulfilment players, and e-commerce experts.

Exceed client expectations by helping them with technical integrations with their carriers, warehouses, ERP, and CMS systems.

Work at the intersection between our customers, our GTM and product teams.

Manage brand relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.

Use your firsthand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development.

Engage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence.

Bring analytical insights on how to help brands achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Interest in fashion, tech and innovation with a passion for helping eCommerces grow.

Native communication skills in German, professional in English.

An analytical mindset, driving data‑driven approach to problem solving and strategy.

A fast learner; we want to fail fast, learn faster, and challenge often.

A passion for startup culture, coupled with a proactive mindset.

Quick problem‑solving skills and a knack for decisive action.

Experience in the eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail industry is a plus.

Experience in Account Management is a plus.
