About the role
- Own partner relationships,



acting as the primary point of contact to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Enable and activate existing partners and associated clients through onboarding, implementation, contracts, and upsell activities.
- Design and deliver partner training & enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to implement and support Enginy's solutions.
- Capture and relay product feedback from partners/clients to Product teams, helping prioritize improvements and communicate launches effectively.
- Foster a thriving partner ecosystem by building engagement programs, driving collaboration, and creating initiatives that deliver value and growth for partners.

About you
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Have 2+ years in partner management, account management, or customer success in SaaS or Cloud solutions.
- Excel at relationship building and communication across cultures.
