Missions

Working closely with the senior fund managers, you will be responsible for the financial monitoring of the real estate retail funds :

Monitore, analyze, and optimize real estate fund performance with a focus on p&l; forecasts and cash flow plans,
Contribute to real assets valuation campaigns, control fund valuations,
Participate to arranging bank financing and optimizing leverage,
Contribute to structure investments and assist financial engineering,
Prepare periodic reporting for investors, advisory board, regulatory and internal reporting for the senior management,
Monitor the environmental and social policy of the managed funds,
Improve process and tools, ensure data remains up to date

Profile

1-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, audit, or real estate,
Ability to work in a challenging and fast-growing environment,
Strong ability to work autonomously, strong financial skills and excellent analytical abilities,
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in Spanish, English and French
