We are on the lookout for a Specialist, Total Rewards to join the Delivery Hero Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

- Support the development and implementation of the Delivery Hero’s Reward philosophy and strategy,



for our brands
- Work closely with people partners, talent acquisition teams and business leaders to align their teams with the regional and general TR strategy.
- Drive and communicate the Total Rewards processes within your business area, ensuring agility and data accuracy at every step.
- Use systems like Workday to run seamless pay review cycles, ensuring the process is efficient and data-driven.
- Provide comprehensive data insights that help leaders make informed decisions about their people.
- Ensure the adoption of the global TR strategy across all entities you support, maintaining compliance and consistency.
- Work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, as well as with the extended Total Rewards and People global network
- Support the regional benefits strategy to ensure we offer the best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at the best possible cost
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage
