Summary:
Our organization is seeking a part-time School Safety Consultant to provide expert advice and guidance to schools on safety and security measures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in school safety and be able to develop and implement effective safety plans.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety assessments of school facilities and identify potential safety hazards
- Develop and implement safety plans, policies, and procedures for schools
- Provide training and education to school staff and students on safety measures and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with school administrators, law enforcement, and community organizations to ensure a safe and secure learning environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest safety trends and regulations in the education industry




- Conduct drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of safety plans
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to schools as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, criminal justice, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school safety and security
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to school safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Availability to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
