We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide support to fund managers leveraging the use of technology. You will work closely with venture capital & private equity firms as well as technology teams.

Responsibilities Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis for both Venture Capital and Private Equity firms

Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve processes and solutions

Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account portfolio companies goals and financial standing

Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports and dashboards

Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models

Identify trends and recommend actions to fund managers based on sound analysis

Track and determine financial status by analyzing vigente results in comparison with forecasts

Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data





Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope Requirements 1-3 years of fund operations, business finance, venture capital or private equity experience

High proficiency in financial modeling techniques

Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications

Good use of AI tools

Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

Proven knowledge of high growth startup companies, corporate finance and information analysis

Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments

BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
