Hunt & Prospect: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through smart inbound and outbound strategies (cold calling, emails, and social selling).

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-needs analyses and pitch tailored AI advertising solutions that perfectly align with client goals.

Pipeline Management: Build a robust sales pipeline, manage your activities flawlessly in a CRM system, and consistently smash your targets.

What You Bring to the Team

Language Superpowers: Fluency in German (C1 level) and a strong command of English (B2 level).

Sales Expertise:



2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
