About the Role At Revolut, Operations means problem‑solving at scale. We’re looking for a Head of Wealth & Trading to ensure the business is safely licensed, scalable, and engineered for millions of customers across the region.

You’ll own trading and investments end‑to‑end, from regulatory authorisation and product strategy, through to governance, risk, and commercial performance. What You’ll Be Doing Act as a senior point of contact for UAE regulators (e.g., SCA, Central Bank), supporting licence applications, approvals, and ongoing supervision Design and embed local governance frameworks Ensure full compliance with applicable securities, conduct, and consumer protection regulations, working closely with Compliance and Legal Own the first‑line risk management framework for the local Wealth & Trading team Drive a proactive conduct culture focused on fair customer outcomes, transparency, and suitability/appropriateness of products Provide clear leadership, coaching, and succession planning for the local team Foster deep collaboration with integral Wealth & Trading, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering What You’ll Need A degree in finance, economics,



business, engineering, or a related field Extensive experience in brokerage, wealth, or trading businesses within banks, brokers, fintechs, or other regulated financial institutions A proven track record in launching, leading, or significantly transforming a retail brokerage or wealth platform Knowledge of retail trading and investment products (equities, ETFs, fixed income, etc.) and the full trading lifecycle (onboarding, funding, order capture, settlement, client servicing, etc.) Expertise in best execution practices, client order handling, suitability/appropriateness, and product governance Experience engaging with regulators, including responding to queries, inspections, and remediation Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a digital/platform environment Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills to make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑growing environment Nice to Have Knowledge of relevant UAE securities and conduct regulatory frameworks Experience in the UAE/GCC in a top‑tier wealth and trading firm, investment bank, or brokerage
