We’re supporting a high-growth, international technology company in hiring a Transformation Lead to help drive execution across a major organisational transformation.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of the business, working across multiple teams and helping translate strategy into action.

What you’ll be doing

Support and drive execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation

Coordinate cross-functional projects across Operations, Customer, and Commercial teams

Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

Align stakeholders and ensure consistent communication across teams

Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove blockers

Contribute to improving processes and ways of working





What we’re looking for

2–6 years’ experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or programme management

Strong project management and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Structured, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable with ambiguity

Fluent Spanish and strong English communication
