Atithi Indian Restaurants is a chain of casual fine‑dine Indian Restarants offering Food, Service and Ambiance in various cities of Netherlands. Responsibilities

Work independently in the kitchen, with support from one or two part‑time assistants. Oversee the daily operation and progress of the kitchen. Provide technical supervision and prepare dishes, ensuring compliance with regulations (HACCP, Arbo, safety, etc.) and work instructions (recipes, etc.). Plan kitchen processes to maximize efficiency and maintain preparation quality (guest satisfaction).

Manage stock and orders: maintain sufficient stock, timely submit orders, store items correctly according to FIFO principle. Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen, following the schedule and safety regulations.



Submit improvement proposals and optimisation ideas; report on consumption accountability and proposal adoption. Manage adverse circumstances, including lifting, walking/standing and location‑bound work, peak‑time workload pressure, and risks such as knife handling, kitchen equipment operation, burns and slips on wet/greasy floors. Requirements
