Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of international product strategies.
Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations and value propositions.
Support international product launches alongside cross‑functional teams.
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and commercial teams.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications At least five years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Category Management within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to turn customer insights into business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering,
Biomedical Sciences or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate studies considered an advantage.
Fluent English required; Spanish and English bilingual capabilities highly valued.

Working Conditions Competitive rewards: €41,000 fixed salary and 10% annual performance bonus.

Summer hours (July–August) from 08:00 to 15:00 and intensive schedule Fridays.
