We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Support to provide administrative and operational support to the local IT leadership team. In a growing technology environment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), you will help ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and departmental reporting. The primary purpose of this role is to reduce administrative workload for IT leadership by ensuring efficient coordination, organization, and follow-up of recurring operational activities.
This is a hands-on support role, not a leadership, strategy, or transformation position. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys organization, coordination, process management, and working closely with people in a dynamic technology environment.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Talent Orchestration & Hiring Pipeline
- Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT management team and the Talent Acquisition team regarding open positions - Support the hiring process by scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and collecting interviewer feedback - Assist in managing job requisitions, approvals, and recruitment-related administrative activities
- Prepare and distribute regular hiring status updates and team headcount reports - Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners, ensuring timely completion of required administrative and operational tasks - Collaborate with HR and relevant support teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
IT Governance & Operations
- Support IT with the preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and team documentation - Track key information related to team composition, resource planning and operational activities - Coordinate recurring meetings, prepare agendas,
document meeting minutes, and follow up on actions - Maintain departmental documentation and support the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Act as a local point of contact for common operational and administrative requests from team members - Help ensure consistency and compliance with group-wide processes, policies, and reporting requirements - Support operational planning activities and provide administrative assistance to IT leadership as required
YOUR PROFILE
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, recruitment coordination, PMO support, or similar support functions.
- Experience working in a corporate, technology, financial services, or professional services environment is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and geographical locations.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and team structures is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe) is considered a plus but is not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
